JILIKO Contact — Reaching This Site, and Reaching the Operator
Two different kinds of problem
A reader lands on this page with one of two genuinely different problems, and this site can only act on one of them. The first is a factual problem with something this site published — a figure that looks wrong, a page that describes a screen that has since changed, a broken link. The second is an account problem — a deposit that has not landed, a withdrawal stuck in review, a verification document the operator has not accepted, a login that will not go through — and that second kind cannot be fixed by anyone here, however the request is worded. This page exists to point each problem at the party that can actually act on it.
Corrections and factual disputes about this site
If a page on this site states a figure, a claim or a description you believe is wrong, that is exactly the kind of problem this site’s editors can act on. Name the exact page, the exact sentence or figure in question, and, where you have one, the source you are checking it against — a studio’s own publication, a payment network’s own terms, or a dated reading of the operator’s own site. The JILIKO Team reviews a correction against its own sourcing rules, described in full on this site’s about page, and updates or removes what does not hold up. This route exists for this site’s own published content only, not for anything that happens inside a JILIKO account.
Account, cashier and verification problems
A deposit that has not credited, a withdrawal that has not paid out, a verification document under review, a locked account or a forgotten login all live entirely inside the operator’s own platform, and this site has no access to any account, wallet or verification queue. Nobody publishing this site can see your balance, approve a withdrawal, reopen an account or confirm a document, because none of that infrastructure belongs to this site. Raising an account problem here, however clearly it is described, changes nothing about the account itself. The only route that can act on it is the operator’s own support channel, reached from inside the account.
Where the operator’s own support sits
The operator’s lobby carries its own service menu — the item labelled Serbisyo in the lobby’s bottom navigation — and that is the operator’s own route into account, cashier and verification support. Opening it from inside a logged-in account puts a request in front of the people who can actually see the account and act on it, which no page on this site can do. This site does not publish an email address for itself: the domain’s mail routing has not been set up, and a page here does not print an address it cannot stand behind. A correction about this site’s own pages belongs on this page’s route above; everything else belongs inside the account, through Serbisyo.
